My Quote Check processes the quote files and job details you submit only to provide the analysis you request.

What we process

Your uploaded PDF or image, job category, postcode and the information visible in the quote. The file is sent securely to our analysis service. My Quote Check does not sell your personal information.

Storage

Reports are stored privately on our server and are accessible for 30 days using a private access token held in your browser tab. Uploaded files are sent for analysis but are not saved by My Quote Check. Payment confirmation records may be retained for security, accounting and legal obligations. Closing the tab can remove your report access; save or print paid reports before closing it.

Your choices

Remove unnecessary personal information before uploading. For access or deletion requests, contact sam_theascent@yahoo.com.au. Closing the tab does not delete the server report.

Third parties

OpenAI is used to analyse quote content and Stripe processes payments. Their own privacy terms also apply to the information they process.
